Dawn Cramer Appointed to the Board of Directors for the Children’s Services Fund of Clay County

Dawn Cramer, Vice President and Financial Advisor at Cramer Capital Management, was appointed by the Clay County Commission to the Children’s Services Fund of Clay County Board of Directors in June 2025. Joining a dedicated nine-member board, Dawn will oversee the distribution of resources to community- and school-based programs that protect the mental health and well-being of local youth. This appointment is a natural extension of her extensive history in community advocacy, which includes serving as a Board Commissioner for the Kansas City Police Department and supporting various local non-profits. In her new role, Dawn remains committed to ensuring that essential intervention and prevention services are accessible to every child and family in Clay County.

We are thrilled to announce that our own Bruce Cramer is serving as the Campaign Chair for the LevelUp Kids Growth Campaign, a transformative initiative titled "Room to Grow; Space to Thrive." LevelUp Kids, Inc. is a Northland-based nonprofit dedicated to providing free, portable dental and vision care to underserved children. For many families in our community, these essential services are the difference between a child struggling in the classroom and a child performing at their full potential.

We are thrilled to announce that Bruce Cramer has been named Chair-Elect of the Clay County Economic Development Council (EDC) for the 2026-2027 term. At Cramer Capital Management, our values are reflected in our dedication to the community. Since January 2015, our founder, Dawn Cramer, has served as one of three citizen-appointed members of the Domestic Violence Board of Clay County, Missouri. In this role, she studies the critical issues surrounding domestic violence and provides strategic recommendations to the Clay County Commission to help foster a safer environment for all residents.
