Lindsay Peters
Administrative Assistant
Lindsay is Bruce's niece and the newest member of the Cramer Capital family. She is joining the firm full-time, and she's excited to be part of its long tradition of family service.
Lindsay's time with the firm started years ago, when she was a summer intern from age 16 to 18. That's where she first found her passion for helping families feel confident about their finances.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri in May 2026, along with certificates in Personal Financial Planning and Investments. In college, she was active in financial planning organizations and traveled to industry events across the country, from Columbus to Miami. One highlight was the 2025 FPA Financial Planning Challenge in Las Vegas, where she earned second place nationally.
Lindsay is also active in the community. She serves on the Northland Advisory Board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City, which offers programs for local kids ages 6 through 12. She helps build a strong network of donors and spreads the word about what the Club needs to keep its programs going.
Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys learning about health and wellness, especially gut health and strength training. She also likes golf, trying food from different cultures, and finding new experiences in her community and on her travels.
